Would I care though as a kettle? I don’t think I would if I didn’t have sentience, there’d be no sentience to give me that feeling. To become an object that doesn’t have sentience I wouldn’t really miss it now. I wouldn’t know different.

i am 19, demisexual, kettlekin. i want to talk about my experiences. i identify as a kettle. i am part of the appliance-kin and non-electricial-kin families. this is who i am. my kettle is orange and i am non-electrical. As a non-electrical kettle i am using electrical objects such as laptops, lights etc to advance non-electrical-kin to where we are treated as equals. the background is electrical kettles because they deserve the same respect and integrity.

i have been diagnosed with http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Object_sexuality my therapist says i have a form of it as i have emotional relationships with kettles.
