Okay, I think I understand! I worry a little, though, because beings from either group might get irritated and come at you for posting 'unrelated' things in their tags. Like a nonkin demisexual finding a post talking about kettles, or a 'kin of any non-demi sexuality finding a post about sexuality. People tend to look in specific tabs like that for specific reasons. I'm not trying to dissuade you from posting how you wish, though! It's your blog, do whatever makes you happy. c:

TY. :)

isn't "object SEXUALITY" kind of an oppressive label? some people don't experience sexual attraction to objects, but a different connection entirely. like perhaps romantic attaction, or even aesthetic/sensual attraction... like a squish, but with objects. it's a very limiting label, i think.

No it’s not I don’t think so my therapist doesn’t think so. It’s a very real label. It encompasses all parts of attraction, I feel an emotional connection to kettles. The label encompasses all parts of the condition.

May I ask why you tag unrelated posts with 'demisexual' and other related tags? For instance, I've noticed many posts related only to kettles and your 'kin idenitity with #demisexual and #demisexuality as well as various 'kin tags. And vice versa.

Because my sexuality is demisexual and this blog is about me, kettles and my demisexuality. Why wouldn’t I use that tag if I identify myself with it? And I want to keep all my posts together if people decide to search for them because they’re all related to one another in some way. Like a series.

What kinds of relationships do you have with kettles? Would you ever fall in love with a kettle?

I have emotional relationships with kettles but I wouldn’t fall in love with them. I see them like sisters and brothers to me. Family.

I am who I am.

What do you have to say about people who might mistake you for a troll?

Nothing. Idc about them.

Wouldn't that mean giving up your sentience?

Would I care though as a kettle? I don’t think I would if I didn’t have sentience, there’d be no sentience to give me that feeling. To become an object that doesn’t have sentience I wouldn’t really miss it now. I wouldn’t know different.

Do you plan to have a career(/do you already have a career) where you can work with kettles in some way? o:

Yes I currently work in a cook shop where we sell all kind of utensils related to the kitchen. I spend time in the coffee shop upstairs too. So I get to work with kettles and all different kinds of kettles as the kettle section has a small shelf section of the shop dedicated to them.

You don't seem like a troll. That's cool. Would you prefer to be a kettle, if you could magically transform into one forever?

I would yes it would make me really happy personally and spiritually to be with other objects I associate myself with. But right now and until I die, I am human and I will try and function like a human because it’s what I’ve been given to work with and I won’t deny that I have privileges that kettles electrical and non electrical don’t have, like the ability to do or to communicate about to others. One day I will be a kettle maybe in the next life, you never know.

I was sad this morning when I saw transpizza's blog was gone, but then I found you and you've definitely provided ample lulz.

Good for you. Crawl back under your bridge troll.
